Skinwave (Aqua Delivery System & Hydrogen Therapy)

Skinwave is a non-invasive advanced facial technology treatment that helps cleanse, exfoliate, hydrate, tone, and rejuvenate the skin. It has several different applicators that can target various skin issues.

The device uses an aqua-delivery system to deliver a unique blend of solutions with hydrogen therapy. It can effectively treat dry and lax skin, dull complexion, and clogged pores.

Practitioners can customize the treatment to each patient's needs. The detailed multiple-step routine cleanses, exfoliates, detoxifies, hydrates, plumps, and massages. Skinwave is suitable for all skin types and tones.

Practitioners use a personalized cocktail of solutions on the skin. The cocktail is rich in Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA), Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHA), Hyaluronic Acid, and Hydrogen (H2). The concentration is adjusted according to the patient’s skin type. AHA helps clear away dead skin cells like a mini face peel and can help to brighten the complexion. BHA can further cleanse any clogged pores and remove excess oil. Hyaluronic Acid can hold up to 1000 times its weight in water. When applied to the skin it can moisturize, plump, and soothe inflammation. This is especially beneficial for patients with dry skin.  Dry skin makes the skin appear older than it is. H2 binds with reactive oxygen before it breaks down collagen, inactivates it, and turns it into harmless water that is excreted from the skin.  Reducing the reactive oxygen helps minimize cell damage and preserve youthful-looking skin.

Skinwave also has an added applicator for red and blue LED lights. These can boost collagen to improve lines and wrinkles while killing bacteria that cause acne breakouts. The treatment is painless.

The device also has a hand roller to massage the face to relax tissues and muscles. This applicator also encourages lymphatic drainage to improve blood flow. The entire Skinwave treatment will take up to 20 minutes without any downtime.
