Emsculpt utilizes high-intensity electromagnetic energy to sculpt and contour the body. This FDA-approved device is designed to remove stubborn fat pockets and build muscle within a few sessions. Its high-intensity electromagnetic energy contracts the muscle tissue imitating strenuous workouts. Through Emsculpt, muscles can be stimulated and tightened more than they would be during the average workout.

The treatment is best suited for candidates who maintain a balanced physique but struggle to get rid of stubborn, exercise-resistant fat pockets.

Emsculpt Neo is a variation of the original treatment. It also includes extra radiofrequency energy, which can heat the fat cells and warm up the muscles. When the fat cells are heated up, they get damaged and expelled from the body. Studies have shown that Emsculpt Neo can remove 30% of subcutaneous fat and increase muscle volume by 25%.

An Emsculpt procedure can produce 20,000 muscle contractions in 30 minutes. It targets 100% of muscle fibers and removes fat cells, which is not possible through any workout. This non-surgical procedure can tone and tighten areas such as the abdomen, buttocks, upper arms, thighs, and calves. While the treatment can strengthen and build muscles, it does not cause weight loss. For example, with treatment targeting the butt, Emsculpt will not reduce the size of the buttocks. It will instead develop gluteal muscles to frame the overall
physique.

A single Emsculpt session takes 30 minutes. Patients describe it as feeling like an intense workout without the perspiration and panting. In a session, the patient will have to lie down through the three stages of the procedure. The intensity of the equipment increases at every step. Once the treatment is over, there is no downtime required. Patients can return to their daily activities.

The recommended course for the treatment is four sessions over two weeks. Results are visible after just one session and are said to resemble the appearance of dieting and working out after six months.

The Emsculpt treatment is not suitable for pregnant women or candidates with any metal or electronic implants in their bodies.
