VeinGogh is a non-surgical cosmetic treatment for problematic veins. It can treat spider veins, cherry angiomas (benign red bumps), hemangiomas (harmless tumors of blood vessel masses), spider nevi, and telangiectasias associated with rosacea.

VeinGogh is best for smaller veins <0.3mm diameter, such as around the nose. The treatment is not suitable for larger veins located in deep tissues. It uses Ohmic Thermolysis System, which selectively targets the spider veins by heating and destroying them. The damaged veins will be removed and absorbed into the body. VeinGogh's precision allows the destruction of the veins without affecting the surrounding tissues.

It is an alternative treatment to sclerotherapy or laser ablation.

The process does not require an anesthetic. It also has minimal pain, but patients may feel a slight pinch and can request topical numbing. For smaller areas, the treatment can be as quick as 5 minutes and 30 minutes for more significant sites. The doctor will insert a hair-thin probe into the affected vessel. The probe will then emit high-frequency "microbursts" of electric current. This will heat the vein and clot the blood, causing the vein wall to collapse. They will remove the probe and cover the entry site with a small bandage; sutures won't be needed. This technique eliminates damaged veins with minimal injury to the surrounding skin.

Patients may experience some redness, which will usually subside in a couple of hours. The procedure requires no downtime, and patients will be able to return to their everyday activities right after.
